Redfin Recruitment is working in partnership with an international food & beverage machinery manufacturer who have a large and market leading presence within the USA. Having worked with this business in several overseas territories this is our first agreement within North America and we are thrilled to partner with them as they search for a Regional Service Manager responsible for both new business generation and account management.
As a regional role you will be responsible for covering the Eastern states of the US which will require significant travel (up to 85% of your time). As such you do not necessarily need to be based in Wisconsin and may be remote based if located within one hour of a major airport.
The ideal candidate will have experience within technical sales of fully automated, high speed machinery within the manufacturing industry. If you have experience of management of commission based reps this is also advantageous.
